Client Service Member – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Client Service Member to support high‑expectation travelers across Latin America. You will manage each client request from initial contact through to delivering a polished quote, ensuring fast, accurate and personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute searches across multiple booking strategies, including award travel, loyalty program redemptions and premium fare inventory.
• Identify optimal flight options that align with client goals and document pricing, fare rules and booking requirements.
• Create well‑structured, clear quotes that explain routing, fare rules, pros and cons, and deliver them within SLA targets (5 minutes for short‑haul, 25 minutes for long‑haul or complex itineraries).
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and other channels in a warm, fast and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records in workflow systems to ensure seamless handover.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand client needs quickly.
• Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
• Experience serving high‑net‑worth clients or in premium travel services is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in searching and optimizing flight itineraries using award and loyalty program tools.
• Knowledge of fare rules, mileage programs and premium fare inventory.
• Ability to produce clear, concise written quotes.
