Circle Community Manager

About the role

Veritas Creative Media is seeking a dedicated Circle Community Manager to be the daily presence inside The Secure Circle community. You will ensure every member feels seen, supported, and guided through their attachment healing journey while fostering a vibrant, engaged online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new members personally and guide them through their first steps.
• Respond to member posts, questions, and comments across all spaces each day.
• Post conversation starters, prompts, and engagement content in free and paid spaces.
• Monitor community health and flag sensitive situations to the Community Management Lead.
• Execute the weekly engagement calendar, including Wins of the Week and post‑event discussion threads.
• Support onboarding and upsell workflows by directing members to the appropriate spaces.
• Identify potential leads and hand‑raisers and forward them to the setter team.
• Collect member insights and feedback and report weekly.
• Maintain the brand voice: warm, direct, emotionally intelligent, never clinical or salesy.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication and copywriting ability in a warm, human tone.
• Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and able to meet members where they are.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to work without micromanagement.
• Interest in attachment theory, relationships, or personal development.
• Availability to cover community hours, including occasional weekends, in US‑aligned time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with the Circle platform or similar online community tools.
