Chief Technology Officer

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to drive the technical side of our sales process and shape the future of our product offerings. You will work closely with customers from early conversations through deployment, ensuring high‑quality solutions and seamless integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical pre‑sales activities: join early‑stage discussions, deliver demos, and guide architecture and security decisions.
• Act as a hands‑on engineering lead, writing code, building integrations, and establishing quality standards.
• Recruit, build, and manage a high‑performing technical team across engineering, integration, and pre‑sales.
• Drive end‑to‑end customer integrations, from scoping to deployment of AI agents, and guarantee production accuracy.
• Collect customer feedback, localize the product, and represent regional needs to the global product team.
• Serve as the local technical point of contact, fostering partnerships and handling escalations.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Proven background in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or technical implementation.
• Customer‑facing experience such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.
• Demonstrated leadership in senior roles (Director, VP, Founder preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a zero‑to‑one environment and build a team from scratch.
• Bonus: experience in fast‑paced startup environments.
