Chief of Staff / Executive Integrator (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Amazon growth agency looking for a proactive Chief of Staff / Executive Integrator to partner directly with the CEO. This remote senior position translates vision into action, oversees day‑to‑day operations, and supports the CEO’s personal brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Convert the CEO’s strategic ideas into detailed project plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Manage multiple cross‑functional projects, building SOPs, systems, and automations for scalability.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors while maintaining CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Track key performance indicators and produce regular operational reports.
• Handle the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel arrangements, and communication flow.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and research summaries for decision‑making.
• Oversee the CEO’s social media calendar, content creation, and personal‑brand activities such as podcasts and speaking engagements.
