Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

About the role

Hyprwork, a fast‑growing operator of direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness brands, is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing as the company transitions from a founder‑led operation to a multi‑brand holding. You will own the marketing strategy, execution, and P&L for the entire portfolio, starting with the flagship Rejuvacare brand and expanding to new brands over the next several quarters.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, including brand direction, channel mix, budget allocation, and customer acquisition and retention plans.
• Manage the marketing P&L, set annual and quarterly plans, and defend them before the executive leadership team.
• Lead the performance‑marketing function across Meta, Google, Native, AppLovin, and TikTok, overseeing five channel pod leads.
• Oversee a creative production engine that generates hundreds of assets weekly and develop brand and lifecycle capabilities.
• Design and build the next layer of marketing leadership as the brand portfolio expands.
• Collaborate closely with founders during a trust‑building phase, earning decision‑making authority while maintaining strategic partnership.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading performance‑driven DTC marketing teams.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to dive into data, manage budgets, and drive growth.
• Comfortable navigating a founder‑transition dynamic and building trust with senior leadership.
• Strong judgment, accountability, and the maturity to balance collaboration with independent decision‑making.
