Change Management & Training Manager – Sales Excellence COE

About the role

Accenture’s Sales Excellence Center of Excellence (COE) is looking for a Change Management & Training Manager to design, refine, and roll out change programs that enable sales teams to adopt new offerings, tools, and practices. You will partner with Change Partners and offering leads to embed learning, enablement, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change program strategies focused on learning, enablement, stakeholder management, culture, communications, and adoption.
• Drive change‑management and training initiatives that align with Accenture’s sales priorities.
• Create and deliver content such as change strategies, training modules, videos, job aids, workshop designs, and communications.
• Draft and manage communication messaging across multiple stakeholder groups and update channels like websites, Viva Engage, mailers, and leadership presentations.
• Support a global communication strategy tailored to audience segmentation and rollout plans.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Excellence teams and partner functions to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives.
