Cabin Crew – Customer Service Ambassador

About the role

Join Emirates as a cabin crew member and become the face of the airline at 35,000 feet. You will deliver world‑class service to passengers, ensuring safety, comfort and a memorable travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Demonstrate safety procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the flight team to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• At least 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm.
• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a positive, energetic presence.
