C++ Developer (Unreal Engine)

About the role

We are looking for a C++ Developer with strong Unreal Engine experience to join our multidisciplinary team. You will help create engaging interactive experiences and reinforce the technical foundation of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Build, evolve, and support reliable, scalable functionality for real‑time interactive software.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay mechanics and UI components.
• Write readable, efficient, and well‑documented code that follows industry standards.
• Improve runtime performance and memory usage across supported devices.
• Participate in peer code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges throughout production.
• Contribute to architectural direction and technical roadmaps for new features.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of polished features.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in C++ with familiarity of modern standards and conventions.
• Hands‑on experience developing applications with Unreal Engine.
• Proven ability to create user interfaces using UMG or a comparable UI toolkit.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Nice to have: experience with multi‑platform development (PC, mobile, consoles) and an eye for UX and visual refinement.
