Business Operations Manager

About the role

Allia Health Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across its AI‑driven health‑tech brands. The role will act as the central hub linking Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Development, Providers, Pharmacy Partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain project management systems, primarily ClickUp, and related operational tools.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and assign ownership.
• Monitor progress, enforce deadlines, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Implement robust follow‑up mechanisms to track tasks, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Identify, anticipate, and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
• Ensure every initiative has clear owners, documentation, and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison among internal teams and external vendors.
