Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our collaborative, fully remote team. You will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and weekly reporting processes, synthesize information and present clear results.
• Analyze reporting data, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed project analyses, propose business solutions and support implementation.
• Evaluate current business processes, identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Organize daily workflow, provide administrative support for meetings and prepare informational materials.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Creative and analytical problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and strong interest in technology modernization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
