Business & Finance Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Panoptyc is seeking a Business & Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the company. This fully remote, high‑ownership position sits at the intersection of finance, revenue operations, and business intelligence, partnering directly with the COO, CFO, Controller, and leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Analyze company performance against targets, flagging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare periodic lender reporting packages, ensuring covenant compliance and borrowing‑base support.
• Validate sales pipeline data, integrate HubSpot information with financial actuals, and reconcile revenue across QBO, Stripe, and proprietary databases.
• Collaborate with department leads to gather inputs and improve reporting processes.
• Create polished, data‑driven presentations for board meetings and enterprise customers.
• Lead ad‑hoc strategic projects for the COO/CFO, including business‑model analyses.

Required profile

• Comfortable working with multi‑stream SaaS revenue models and understanding data construction.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain discrepancies to lenders and auditors.
• High sense of ownership, speed, and innovation in a fast‑growing environment.
