Business & Finance Analyst – Remote

About the role

Panoptyc is seeking a Business & Finance Analyst to join its fully remote, fast‑growing team. You will partner directly with executive leadership to provide financial insights, maintain robust models, and support strategic decision‑making in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long‑term strategy.
• Analyze company performance against targets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and improve financial visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report key business metrics and KPIs on a recurring basis.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, including quarterly board decks and KPI summaries.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analyses to inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Enhance financial reporting processes, dashboards, and planning tools.
• Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to drive performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to create executive‑level presentations and board decks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work full‑time during US Eastern or Central Time business hours.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
