Business Development Manager – LATAM

About the role

Join OTT HydroMet, a Veralto company, as a Business Development Manager for Latin America. You will help expand the meteorological business segment across Central and South America, supporting the sales team in identifying new customers and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new customers and business opportunities in the meteorological market across Central and South America.
• Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and client‑facing sales collateral.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions, notes, forecasts, and relevant data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product, to ensure successful deal execution.

Required profile

• Motivated individual with a strong interest in meteorological weather station and sensor sales.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience or willingness to develop expertise in the Latin American market.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
