About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of our printing solutions portfolio in Argentina. You will be responsible for shaping sales strategies, building distribution partnerships, and driving revenue from Tier‑1 customers and tender projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute channel‑sales strategies and manage local distribution partners.
- Identify, target and develop Tier‑1 customers and tender opportunities through proactive prospecting and coordinated marketing efforts.
- Set, monitor and achieve sales targets for the Argentine market, using data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships, delivering pre‑sales and post‑sales support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and, when needed, lead a local sales team.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the printing industry.
- Extensive background in handling industry or tender projects.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Argentine printing market, trends and business practices.
- Native‑level Rioplatense Spanish and business‑level English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and self‑management abilities.
