Business Attorney (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Attorney to join a leading global technology company on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting high‑volume commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service and partnership agreements.
• Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all legal agreements.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law.
