Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Patient Intake Coordinator)

About the role

As a Bilingual Sales Development Representative, also known as a Patient Intake Coordinator, you will be the first voice patients hear when they contact our network of vein care clinics. You will combine sales expertise with medical knowledge to guide prospects through insurance verification, answer clinical questions, and secure appointments for vein evaluations and ultrasounds.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound patient leads via phone, email, and text.
• Build rapport, explain treatment options, and book 10‑15 evaluations per day.
• Verify insurance coverage, initiate authorizations, and document all interactions in CRM/EMR systems.
• Communicate payment options clearly to reduce booking barriers.
• Troubleshoot patient concerns and tailor messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to ensure seamless handoff to care providers.
• Continuously refine outreach tactics based on performance data and feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in a medical call center, front‑desk scheduling, or insurance‑based sales.
• Background in a medical practice, urgent‑care center, or dental front desk.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work full‑time, including evenings and one weekend day.
