About the role
ClearDesk is looking for a bilingual recruiter who speaks English and Spanish to support healthcare hiring across the United States. This fully remote position will guide candidates through every step of the hiring journey while ensuring a smooth, organized process for internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review and manage incoming applications from Indeed, referrals, social media and other sourcing channels.
- Monitor candidate communications and provide timely follow‑ups throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, compassion and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules based on recruiter and hiring‑team availability.
- Maintain recruiting pipelines from sourcing through onboarding coordination.
- Follow up with candidates on onboarding requirements, compliance documents and credential submissions.
- Track candidate progress and proactively address any delays.
Required profile
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, compassionate and able to balance recruitment with operational support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
