Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Russian) – Remote

About the role

LBC Mortgage is expanding its Insurance Department and seeks a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to provide bilingual support to clients. This fully remote position works on Pacific Standard Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from insurance customers.
• Assist clients with insurance‑related questions via phone, email, and text.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
• Follow up on documentation, policy updates, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Strong communication, phone etiquette, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting with reliable internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Availability to work during PST business hours.
