Bid Manager

About the role

Beyond is a global technology group seeking a Bid Manager to build and own a centralised bid content function. You will create the repository, processes and collateral that enable sales and delivery teams to win new business across all stages of the bid lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a centralised bid content repository, collaborating with Commercial, Delivery and Engineering to source, consolidate and quality‑assure all collateral.
• Maintain and update bid templates, boilerplates, CV profiles and case‑study formats, ensuring consistency and providing training for internal contributors.
• Lead bid governance throughout the full bid cycle, including kick‑offs, gate reviews, compliance checks and post‑submission retrospectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end RFP and RFI responses, coordinating timelines, allocating content owners and delivering polished, compliant submissions.
• Develop and keep current a content hub containing use cases, proposals, testimonials, case studies and competitive differentiation material.
• Partner closely with Sales and Pre‑Sales to understand discovery and solutioning phases, proactively identifying and filling collateral gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bid or proposal management within a technology or consulting environment.
• Strong organisational and governance skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent bids.
• Excellent collaboration skills across commercial, delivery and engineering functions.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality, compliant submissions.
• Ability to create and maintain structured content repositories and templates.
