About the role

The Beauty Advisor will drive sales of beauty care treatments and manage daily store operations at the La Mer boutique in Alto Palermo. You will provide professional skin analysis and personalized treatments, building lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

Sell beauty care treatments and manage inventory.
Perform professional skin analyses and recommend appropriate products.
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on after‑sales experiences to enhance brand loyalty.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty or related retail.
Experience with prestige cosmetic products and excellent customer service skills.
Relevant beauty diploma or certificates are preferred.
Positive attitude, passion for the industry and strong sense of responsibility.
