Backend Web Developer

About the role

Konexial is seeking a motivated Backend Web Developer to join its fast‑growing team. You will work primarily with Swift’s Vapor framework, building robust server‑side solutions that power both mobile and desktop clients. Collaboration with the frontend team (React) and integration of third‑party APIs are key parts of the job.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server‑side applications using Vapor and Swift.
• Optimize database queries and improve overall performance.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date software documentation.
• Integrate third‑party APIs into the platform.
• Design scalable APIs for mobile and desktop clients.
• Support scaling of solutions and ensure reliability.

Required profile

• Solid experience in server‑side development.
• Proficiency with SQL and PostgreSQL (PSQL).
• Experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and persistence.
