Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)

About the role

Omega CRM, a leader in Customer Experience services, is looking for a Backend Developer specialized in Node.js and TypeScript. You will join a cross‑functional team to design, build, and maintain high‑performance APIs that power our marketing‑technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in the technical design and architecture of new projects.
• Estimate effort and deliver projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve project objectives.
• Provide support, resolve technical issues, and ensure system security and performance.
• Work with technology providers when needed.
• Document processes, track performance metrics, and generate technical documentation.
• Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
• Apply best practices and adhere to software quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven experience as a Backend or Software Developer.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and building RESTful APIs with Express.js.
• Experience communicating with clients and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (data modeling, triggers, functions) and Redis for caching/session management.
• Familiarity with software quality standards and technical documentation.
