Backend Developer (Mid‑Level)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Backend Developer to join Cafler’s technology team. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust, scalable services that power our mobility platform, working in an agile, product‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core (6/7/8).
• Design and deploy high‑availability solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with Frontend, UX/UI and Product teams to deliver new features.
• Participate in feature design, planning and estimation.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and peer code reviews.
• Track tasks and progress in Jira, managing epics and estimations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with .NET development.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure core services.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
