Back End Developer (Kotlin) – Hybrid – Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for a Back End Developer specialized in Kotlin to join our team in Buenos Aires Province on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑performance server‑side services that power our core applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Kotlin.
• Implement and manage APIs and service layers that integrate with front‑end and third‑party systems.
• Set up and maintain observability tooling such as Sentry, logging frameworks, distributed tracing, and metrics collection.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident response to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Sentry) and a solid understanding of logging, tracing, and metrics.
• Proven experience working with APIs and backend service architectures.
• Ability to tune performance and manage incidents in a production environment.
