B2B Marketing Associate Account Director

About the role

Power Digital is an AI‑Native Growth Firm that partners with leading and emerging brands to drive measurable business outcomes. This remote position is open to residents legally authorized to work in Argentina. You will own a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner and guiding performance, growth opportunities, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls, own the performance narrative, and translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into account priorities.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, and ABM teams around a unified strategy and ensure execution stays on track.
• Stay close to pipeline metrics (lead quality, MQL→SQL conversion, CAC) and surface concerns before they become client surprises.
• Support the Account Director on quarterly strategy, renewal preparation, and service expansion conversations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve ≥90% retention across accounts.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing or client‑services experience with day‑to‑day client relationship management.
• Deep understanding of pipeline metrics such as MQL, SQL, CPL, win rates, and CAC.
• Comfort presenting to VP‑ and director‑level stakeholders and translating data into clear narratives.
• Cross‑channel fluency across paid, SEO, content, and ABM, with the ability to spot inconsistencies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance and optimize marketing processes.
