Associate Recruiter (Remote – Peru/Argentina)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring across multiple business lines. This fully remote position works on a U.S. Eastern and Central time schedule, enabling collaboration with North‑American hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and Kelly’s ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.
• Maintain clear candidate communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Keep accurate records and activity logs in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume or operational hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate, exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data‑driven decision making.
