Associate Managing Consultant – Business Experimentation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team, focusing on Business Experimentation. In this role you will help global clients design, execute and interpret data‑driven experiments using Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform, driving strategic decisions and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of deliverables and manage workstreams across diverse industries and problem statements.
• Design and run business experiments, leveraging Test & Learn® and other data‑science tools to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with client managers, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.
• Develop strategic recommendations and present findings to senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall project delivery.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in consulting or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality presentations.
• Experience working on multi‑disciplinary projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
