Associate Identity & Access Management – Cybersecurity

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support its cybersecurity practice. The role will give early‑career professionals hands‑on experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support user provisioning, access reviews and lifecycle processes using SailPoint.
• Assist with configuration and monitoring of privileged access solutions such as Delinea and CyberArk.
• Troubleshoot access‑related incidents and provide IAM support.
• Participate in integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID and other platforms.
• Contribute to documentation, audit evidence and knowledge‑base articles.
• Learn IAM and PAM concepts under senior guidance.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate in IT, engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts; business or project‑management awareness is a plus.
