Associate Director Communications

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a senior, highly collaborative communicator to lead internal communications across its global organization. The Associate Director will shape strategy, create compelling content, and drive employee engagement to support the company’s business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated internal communications strategies that align with enterprise initiatives and culture.
• Create audience‑appropriate content for multiple channels, including intranet, Microsoft Teams, email, video, and live events.
• Design and manage measurement plans, dashboards, and analytics to continuously improve reach and effectiveness.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment to ensure messaging supports change adoption and business performance.
• Lead the internal communications team in delivering high‑quality, timely information to a global workforce.
