Associate Customer Success Representative, Enterprise Strategic

About the role

The Associate Customer Success Representative, Enterprise Strategic, will drive scalable growth for Uber Eats' Small‑to‑Mid‑Sized Business (SMB) restaurant partners. You will use data, automation and analytical insight to improve retention, product adoption and overall revenue across a defined territory.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth initiatives tailored to SMB restaurant needs.
• Own revenue targets by promoting product adoption, upselling new features and improving partner retention.
• Manage the segment budget, ensuring efficiency while meeting revenue goals.
• Set, track and report performance metrics, delivering insights to internal stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of SMB partners, translating their needs into actionable recommendations across teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in a commercial, analytical or operations‑focused role.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and solid business judgment.
• Experience with AI tools, automation and building scalable reporting solutions.
• High autonomy, fast‑paced ownership mindset and excellent communication skills in Business English and Spanish.
