Assistant Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high‑end real‑estate developments within our in‑house design and construction team. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will act as the coordination and administrative backbone across design and construction streams, ensuring documentation is accurate, deadlines are visible and stakeholders stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and circulate minutes.
• Maintain project schedules and task trackers, proactively following up on deadlines.
• Manage document control on the internal file server and Trimble Connect, ensuring submittals and construction documents are properly filed.
• Assist in preparing design briefs, guidelines and corporate manuals.
• Support procurement activities by preparing briefs, reports and spreadsheets and keeping procurement correspondence records.
• Oversee software licence administration and equipment coordination for the design department.

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, self‑managed environment.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Nice to have: Spanish or Russian language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite and Miro.
• Experience using Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Trimble Connect or similar document‑control platforms.
