Assistant Content Manager

About the role

Clorox is looking for an Assistant Content Manager to help develop and launch integrated communication campaigns across the LATAM region. Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure brand strategy is executed consistently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end creation of campaign content, from briefing to deployment across markets.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and local teams to produce assets on schedule.
• Partner with Legal and R&D to secure approvals and meet regulatory standards.
• Define KPIs, track performance, analyze data and recommend optimisations.
• Consolidate learnings and best practices for future campaigns.
• Monitor non‑working budgets and manage purchase orders and invoicing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or brand communications with hands‑on content creation.
• Experience managing social and digital media; agency background is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Creative, accountable, curious and results‑driven.
