Assistant Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As an Assistant Clinical Research Associate you will work remotely on assigned projects, supporting site preparedness, logistics, and monitoring activities in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site management tasks defined in the study task matrix.
• Complete study‑specific training and orient on relevant systems.
• Assist with pre‑study assessments, ICF customization, and EMR/EHR checklist reviews.
• Verify document collection, RCR submission status, and maintain site electronic document logs.
• Support site staff with vendor qualification, system access, and training follow‑up.
• Coordinate logistics for investigator meetings and manage study/site supplies.
• Collect, review, and update essential documents in company systems.
• Track and follow up on missing vendor data such as ECGs, lab samples, and e‑diaries.
• Support site payment processes and reconcile invoices throughout the study.
• Perform reconciliation tasks on CRFs, queries, deviations, SAEs, and safety reports.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Good organizational skills for managing multiple site activities.
• Effective communication with site staff and internal teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and clinical trial documentation processes.
• Experience with remote monitoring tools and vendor tracking.
