Art Director – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an Art Director to lead strategic visual communications for a financial services client in Buenos Aires. The role involves creating multi‑channel marketing assets and collaborating with the Creative Director, designers and writers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for print, digital, video, website and social media campaigns across four business divisions and corporate level.
• Serve as a strategic thinker, pushing brand boundaries while aligning with business objectives.
• Leverage AI tools in the creative workflow to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Produce engaging presentations that communicate creative ideas to stakeholders.
• Translate complex marketing challenges into on‑brand, revenue‑generating visual experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional art direction work.
• 2‑4 years of experience as an Art Director, in‑house or agency (financial services a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in design, art direction or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
