Argentina Sector Leader, Professional Search

About the role

We are looking for an Argentina Sector Leader, Professional Search to join Korn Ferry’s talent acquisition team. The leader will act as a trusted advisor, building strong partnerships with Argentine clients and candidates while driving new‑business development and delivering full life‑cycle recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Align and drive client opportunities across multiple sectors in Argentina through both existing and new business development.
• Provide market expertise to win new business and ensure repeat engagements.
• Oversee execution of search assignments, guaranteeing high‑quality delivery within agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain senior‑level client relationships, engaging C‑suite executives and key decision makers.
• Collaborate with internal Korn Ferry partners to create strategic client relationships and identify cross‑channel opportunities.

Required profile

• Professional experience in search, consulting or a commercial environment with a strong network in the Argentine professional search sector.
• Proven full life‑cycle recruiting experience, including search strategy development and client/candidate management.
• Demonstrated business development and negotiation skills with a consultative mindset.
• Experience leading matrixed and direct teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and adaptability to change.
