Appointment Setter – Hydration Services (Las Vegas)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Appointment Setter to support the rapid scale‑up of a premier hydration and delivery service in the Las Vegas market. You will be the first point of contact for local businesses, introducing premium water solutions and cooler rentals, and scheduling qualified sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound telemarketing to local businesses to promote water delivery services and cooler rentals.
• Secure and schedule a minimum of 15 qualified appointments per week for the sales team.
• Manage seasonal outreach to convention exhibitors to provide booth hydration services during major Las Vegas events.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status within internal systems.
• Refine and perfect phone scripts to maximize conversion rates and interest.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in English.
• Ability to work a strict 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST schedule.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity KPIs and appointment quotas.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
