Analytics Services Analyst – English & French

About the role

Join the Analytics Services team within Professional Services to act as a reporting consultant for customers across diverse industries. You will work directly with clients in EMEA, translating business goals into effective reporting solutions using Avature’s reporting framework.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of the Avature platform and its reporting framework.
• Gather and analyse reporting requirements directly with customers.
• Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards using Avature’s tools.
• Lead reporting projects end‑to‑end, managing timelines, scope, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide training, walkthroughs and enablement to ensure customer adoption of self‑service reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams on reporting‑related initiatives and continuously improve processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Availability to work a full‑time schedule aligned with EMEA customers, typically starting between 6:00‑7:00 a.m. ART.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards or data‑visualisation solutions.
• Understanding of data structures, filters, aggregations and reporting logic.
• Proficiency in using Avature’s reporting framework.
