Analista Sr. de Tesorería y Planificación Financiera

LVMH Beauty Argentina se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Analista Sr. de Tesorería y Planificación Financiera para incorporarse a su equipo de Contabilidad.Principales Responsabilidades:Liderar la elaboración y el seguimiento de proyecciones de flujo de caja a corto, mediano y largo plazo.Analizar desvíos, identificar riesgos y oportunidades, y proponer acciones para optimizar la generación de efectivo y el capital de trabajo.Generar análisis financieros y evaluar distintos escenarios para respaldar la toma de decisiones de la compañía.Colaborar con los equipos de Contabilidad, Control de Gestión y Directores para evaluar el impacto financiero de decisiones comerciales y operativas.Elaborar y presentar informes financieros a nivel local, regional y global.Ser principal referente en temas de tesorería, administración de liquidez, relaciones con entidades bancarias y cumplimiento de la normativa financiera local.Diseñar y mantener modelos financieros, tableros de control e indicadores clave de gestión (KPIs) utilizando Excel, Power BI y herramientas de automatización.Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, digitalización e innovación en el área de Finanzas.Requisitos:Lic. en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de Tesorería, FP&A (Planificación y Análisis Financiero). Se valorará experiencia previa en compañías multinacionales.Manejo avanzado de Excel (deseable Power BI).Conocimientos de SAP u otros sistemas ERP.Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito).Perfil analítico y con orientación a resultados.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.¡Sumate al equipo LVMH Argentina!When you join LVMH, you are connected to one of the most creative, diverse and vibrant communities in the world.
