Americas Basestocks & Waxes Supply Chain Tactical Coordinator

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Supply Chain Tactical Coordinator for its Basestocks & Waxes business in the Americas. Based in Boston, you will balance short‑term supply and demand, manage inventory, and support efficient, cost‑effective delivery of products to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand, capacity, and supply to meet customer requirements.
• Chair regular Regional Supply meetings and provide weekly inventory updates to schedulers.
• Manage circuit inventory and act as liaison between sales, product optimizers, refinery/suppliers, schedulers, and technical teams.
• Support supply‑demand discussions with Midstream and maintain tools for shipment execution and inventory control.
• Produce end‑of‑year LIFO projections and coordinate tactical interactions with third‑party base‑oil suppliers.
• Identify short‑ and long‑term opportunities to improve productivity and work practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Relevant experience in supply, marine transportation, and lubricants refining.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership, influencing, and coordination abilities.
• Decisive decision‑making and analytical skills, with knowledge of refining and logistics economics.
