Ambassadors Lead (Remote)

About the role

AIOS is seeking an Ambassadors Lead to own and scale its Bolt Pharmacy brand ambassador program. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on turning creator content into high‑impact views that drive new customer sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage a roster of high‑quality creators to act as brand ambassadors.
• Continuously evaluate performance, cutting the bottom ~20% and replacing them with stronger fits.
• Brief ambassadors on flagship campaigns such as the Oral Wegovy pill and target lower‑BMI demographics.
• Partner with creative leads to ensure all content remains compliant while allowing authentic storytelling.
• Provide feedback to the creative team on organic performance trends.
• Drive a viral, compounding engine that contributes to a ten‑fold increase in 30‑day view counts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer or brand ambassador programs.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to assess and improve creator performance.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing creators and collaborating with internal teams.
• Comfortable working fully remote and independently.
