AI/ML Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge machine‑learning systems, including large language model (LLM) applications and NLP pipelines. The role is fully remote and works directly with senior leadership to turn ambiguous product ideas into concrete, production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM‑based applications and NLP pipelines for extracting structured data from unstructured documents.
• Fine‑tune and adapt large language models (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) for domain‑specific use cases.
• Build evaluation and benchmarking systems to monitor model performance and detect regressions.
• Develop automated feedback loops that incorporate user corrections for continuous model improvement.
• Apply computer‑vision techniques to extract data from PDFs and scanned documents.
• Create AI agents that interact with web systems using automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Design and maintain scalable ML infrastructure covering training, inference, and monitoring.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional Python development and 4+ years in AI/ML engineering roles.
• Strong communication skills in English (upper‑intermediate or higher) and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
