About the role

Sunflower is looking for an AI SEO Lead to drive organic growth for its clinic website. You will blend high‑quality English writing, AI‑enhanced research, and proactive outreach to help people find trustworthy information on addiction treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full SEO and content strategy, from keyword research and editorial planning to publishing, distribution, and performance measurement.
• Create original, data‑driven content using aggregated insights and consented user stories, and partner with psychiatrists and experts to produce authoritative resources.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and content operations while ensuring rigorous editing and source verification.
• Develop platform‑specific content for Reddit and LinkedIn, earn quality backlinks through digital PR, outreach, and partnerships, and track rankings, traffic, conversions, and AI answer citations.

Required profile

• Exceptional English writer with recent published work.
• Curious, quick learner who turns ambiguity into action.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, and analytics.
• Resourceful experimenter who follows through and ships results.
• Collaborative and thoughtful communicator, based in Buenos Aires.
