AI Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Product Engineer to join a fast‑growing AI startup that automates back‑office operations. The platform builds AI agents that read invoices, validate data, interact with management systems, and generate insights, dramatically reducing manual workload for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features from specification to production deployment.
• Define success metrics and measure real business impact.
• Collaborate directly with customers to validate concepts, prototype solutions, and iterate quickly.
• Maintain quality and reliability through testing, observability, and rollback strategies.
• Leverage AI tools aggressively and share learnings with the team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience shipping production software.
• Strong end‑to‑end ownership mindset.
• AI‑native: regularly uses AI tools in daily workflow.
• Experience using Claude Code or similar AI agents in development.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, third‑party integrations, error handling, and retries.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Cloud experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
