AI-DNA Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a forward‑thinking Project Manager to lead IT initiatives that leverage AI‑driven analytics for risk prediction and decision support. You will combine classic project management expertise with cutting‑edge generative AI tools to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent IT projects, from initiation through closure.
• Build and maintain AI‑enhanced project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using JIRA and/or Smartsheet.
• Generate weekly predictive risk and status reports powered by AI analytics and present insights to leadership.
• Design, pilot, and scale new AI‑integrated project‑management processes that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage budgets, track burn rates, and forecast costs with data‑driven precision.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and resolve escalations within SLA, implementing root‑cause fixes.

Required profile

• Active PMP certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering IT projects.
• Proven ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) into daily workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using predictive analytics for risk management.
