After-sales Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an After‑sales Service Engineer to lead on‑site commissioning and post‑sale support for energy‑storage projects. The role combines technical field work, service centre management and coordination of spare‑parts logistics to ensure reliable operation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with EPC partners and end users, performing on‑site commissioning and after‑sales service for energy‑storage installations.
• Manage local service centres, develop team capabilities and uphold operational standards.
• Oversee customs clearance, warehousing, stock planning and demand management for spare parts.
• Work with head‑office technical experts to diagnose and resolve complex equipment faults and batch failures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least two years of experience in the energy‑storage sector.
• Fluent English, able to conduct technical and commercial activities independently.
• Background in operations & maintenance or after‑sales service within energy storage.
• Experience in international supply‑chain management and overseas spare‑parts stock is a plus.
• Preference for candidates from the local Chinese community in Argentina.
