About the role

The Administrative Human Resources Generalist I supports the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of core HR functions. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, this role works both independently and collaboratively to deliver effective HR services.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Process payroll entries, verify accuracy, and address employee inquiries.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, manage enrollments, and resolve issues.
  • Support policy administration by maintaining HR documentation and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Provide general HR administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
