Administration, Finance and Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Administration, Finance and Control (AFC) Specialist to support our industrial projects across Argentina and the broader South American region. The role will involve handling accounting, reporting, treasury, tax compliance and operational finance tasks in line with group policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general accounting activities, prepare journal entries, and conduct account reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing processes and prepare statutory financial statements.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for Group reporting packages and IFRS reporting.
• Assist auditors during financial statement reviews and group reporting audits.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice review, vendor/customer reconciliations and collections.
• Execute bank reconciliations, monitor balances and contribute to cash‑flow and liquidity forecasts.
• Prepare and reconcile tax information for VAT, corporate income tax, municipal taxes and other withholding regimes.
• Maintain liaison with local tax advisors to ensure statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English.
• Proven experience managing large industrial, EPC, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical or infrastructure construction sites.
• Strong understanding of South American construction environments, contractors and regulations.
• Comfortable working in multicultural, international project teams.
• Willingness to support projects across Argentina and other regional countries when required.
