Statiq is seeking an Ad Concept Specialist to shape the creative thinking behind high‑performing Meta campaigns. This role blends creativity, advertising insight, consumer behavior, and performance data to develop compelling ad concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Research standout Meta ads, creative trends, and concepts across industries.
• Develop fresh advertising concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging ideas.
• Build and maintain inspiration libraries and concept banks.
• Analyze creative performance to identify what works and what doesn’t.
• Translate data and learnings into actionable creative recommendations.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to explore copy variations and creative directions.
• Contribute to strategy presentations, testing roadmaps, and client recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, media buyers, client leads, and leadership.

Required profile

• Naturally creative and curious about advertising, culture, visuals, and storytelling.
• Comfortable interpreting performance data to inform creative decisions.
• Able to move fluidly between creative ideation and analytical thinking.
• Clear communicator who enjoys experimentation and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
• Background in creative strategy, advertising, paid social, growth or performance marketing is a plus.
