Accounts Receivable Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our revenue and collections function on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards for a global software development leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce accounts receivable policies and procedures to streamline invoicing and collections.
• Monitor aging reports, proactively address overdue accounts, and minimize revenue loss.
• Collaborate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure GAAP‑compliant revenue recognition and maintain precise financial documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite or comparable platforms.
• In‑depth knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition standards.
