Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage all aspects of contract and order management within a communication/IT solutions business. This position works closely with internal Sales, Service Delivery, Operations and Support teams as well as external customers, focusing on accurate invoicing, billing and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze billing management reports to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue accounts‑receivable invoices and follow up on collections.
• Maintain various portal sites related to billing and order tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery and Finance to ensure order integrity and invoicing accuracy.
• Support miscellaneous finance projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in billing and invoicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and follow‑up capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting system software such as Oracle or SAP.
